Bond Elut LMS polymer adsorbent does not require the addition of amine modifiers, buffer solutions, or acids during sample elution. The elimination of secondary interactions means that the elution of analytes can be achieved by using pure organic solvents or low ionic strength mixed solvents compatible with HPLC mobile phase. These characteristics make it easily compatible with LC/MS or other sensitive analytical techniques.
